Atmiya Centria is a landmark real estate development by Upturn Properties LLP, located in the heart of Mumbai. The goal of this project was to develop a visually stunning, highly informative website to showcase the architectural brilliance, lifestyle amenities, and investment value of the property — and generate inquiries from potential homebuyers and investors.
Real estate websites require a balance between aesthetic appeal and functional clarity. The challenge was to highlight the luxurious aspects of Atmiya Centria while keeping the performance, responsiveness, and lead conversion funnel top-notch — especially for mobile users.
Our team studied luxury real estate websites and examined current UX/UI trends in property listing platforms. We focused on layout hierarchy, CTA placements, virtual walkthrough features, and SEO elements essential for local search ranking in Mumbai’s urban property market.
Built with React JS and a custom front-end stack, the site was designed to be both elegant and user-centric. We integrated smooth scroll transitions, location mapping, amenities sections, and dynamic inquiry forms. Strategic use of headings, schema markup, and keyword placement enhanced the SEO potential of the project significantly.
