Project Overview
DFactory is a modern, India-based co-working space brand offering shared workspaces tailored for freelancers, startups, and SMEs. Our mission was to design and develop a high-performance website that clearly presents the DFactory experience — including office availability, pricing, desk types, and easy online pre-booking functionality.
Challenge
The key challenge was to merge functionality with aesthetics while enabling users to perform critical actions — like checking real-time availability and reserving desks or cabins — all without unnecessary friction. The site also needed to cater to a variety of user personas, from entrepreneurs to enterprise clients.
Research
We conducted in-depth UX research focused on India’s rising co-working industry and evaluated features that top global workspace providers offer online. Particular attention was given to CTA placements, booking workflows, and local SEO implementation for city-based targeting.
The Solution
Leveraging WordPress CMS and custom JavaScript, we created a dynamic website with integrated booking forms, availability calendar, and virtual space previews. A responsive and mobile-friendly layout ensures users can explore and book spaces on the go. We also implemented SEO schema for local business visibility and optimized loading speed for a seamless experience.
